Is there an option to send a sample kit to a New Zealand school?

  • Posted by Michael Lockhart on Tuesday, 8 December 2015

Hi Eric, Unfortunately we are unable to send a sample kit out to New Zealand. You can however order via our website for shipping to New Zealand.

how much in aud would it be to ship to australia one of these and how long would it take?

  • Posted by Michael Lockhart on Thursday, 5 March 2015

To work out the estimated shipping firstly change the currency by selecting the currency drop down box above the search bar, however we don’t have the option for Australia dollars. Then place the item into the shopping cart, while viewing the shopping cart you can use the ‘estimate shipping and VAT’ to find out what the shipping cost would be to Australia.

Can you please tell me what age group this is aimed at? Can you build the base box out of wood?

  • Posted by Geoff Hampson on Wednesday, 16 May 2012
It would depend on the ability of your students. There are only has 5 parts on the board, plus the various off board connections. Most people do it as a year 7 or year 8 project. If you want to evaluate one then schools can request a free sample. With regard to the base any material will do, wood is fine or we have some pictures of vacuumed formed cases, just click the camera icon by the ordering info.

Hi, Can we buy a pack of 36 items? I know they come in pack of 24 but we only need and have the money for 36. Kind regards Jason

  • Posted by Geoff Hampson on Wednesday, 19 October 2011
These kits are supplied with a reel of the solid core cable and a reel of the flexible cable. It is not possible to supply half a reel of cable, hence why we only sell them as a box of 24.
