Hi Callum, Unfortunately we don’t do a version of the kit without a buzzer. However you are able to leave the buzzer out of the circuit when it is built as it is connected to an output on the board.

No we don’t do a giant steady hand game version, however in theory it would be possible to scale this up to a large version.

To work out the estimated shipping firstly change the currency by selecting the currency drop down box above the search bar, however we don’t have the option for Australia dollars. Then place the item into the shopping cart, while viewing the shopping cart you can use the ‘estimate shipping and VAT’ to find out what the shipping cost would be to Australia.

A: It would depend on the ability of your students. There are only has 5 parts on the board, plus the various off board connections. Most people do it as a year 7 or year 8 project. If you want to evaluate one then schools can request a free sample. With regard to the base any material will do, wood is fine or we have some pictures of vacuumed formed cases, just click the camera icon by the ordering info.

A: These kits are supplied with a reel of the solid core cable and a reel of the flexible cable. It is not possible to supply half a reel of cable, hence why we only sell them as a box of 24.

Hi Anna, The PCB is available on its own, however is only available for schools, and have a minimum order quantity of 10 units. The code for this would be PCB2108, and for 100+ currently would be £0.38 per unit exclusive of VAT.

Hi Mark, The solid core cable that we use in this kit has a diameter of 1.626, https://www.kitronik.co.uk/2412-solid-core-cable-500g-reel.html. You would use the majority of it to make the course and a small amount to make the loop which passes over the course.
