    Hi Phil, You would need to use flashing LED’s for all of them to make them all flash. A standard LED wouldn’t flash without something turning the power on and off very quickly such as a microprocessor. The best way to work out the resistor you would need is to use the resistor calculator to work out what you would need, https://www.kitronik.co.uk/blog/led-resistor-value-calculator
