can this vibration switch be mounted in any orientation ? will this work the same as a tilt switch whereby a ball rolls to one end in order to close the switch or is it a true vibration switch whereby vibration rather than specific movement will close the switch?
Posted byon Thursday, 25 August 2011You can mount the switch in any orientation. If the switch is held still then the contacts will be open, upon movement the contacts are briefly closed. This movement can be in any direction, so it?s not like a ball bearing switch which must be tilted in a specific direction to work.
