To shop:
  • Select a product categories from the above menu bar.
  • View the product information, along with the price, this is the price you pay as it includes VAT.
  • To buy an item press the add button next to it.
  • You can then change the quantity should you wish to buy more then one.
  • Add any more items from the same product category or other categories in the same way.
  • Select checkout (on menu bar) where you can adjust quantities and remove items.
  • Pay securely using a major debit / credit card or with your paypal account.
  • A receipt for the transaction will be sent by Email.
  • We hold stock of all items, allowing your goods to be dispatched within 2 working days.
  • Delivery is only available to UK addresses and will be by 1st class royal mail (you will need to sign for the package).
  • There is no minimum order, just a flat rate delivery and handling charge of £3.00 whatever the size of the order.

Can't find a product?
The Kitronik direct shop only lists the items we consider to be of interest to the public and not the full range of items we stock for sale in schools. If you would like to buy something we sell to schools let us know as we can create you a special button to buy the item. Please note: Kitronik is not able to sell finished electronic goods such as soldering irons, multimeters, battery chargers, etc to individuals. (Because we are not registered with a waste electronic & electrical equipment recycle centre)

Returns policy
Should you find the goods to be faulty or not what you expected we will either replace them or refund you the full purchase cost.

Incorrectly ordered items
Any item(s) you have ordered in error should be returned with their original packaging (where appropriate) and the dispatch documents clearly marked “ordered in error”. Please indicate why the goods are not what you expected so we can amend the product description. We will refund your account the cost of the item(s) returned plus our delivery charge. If you wish to replace the item with a different part you will need to place a new order. Any items returned must be posted with 14 days of receipt of the goods.

Faulty goods
Should your goods be received damaged or faulty, or become faulty in the 1st year or use (provided this is not due to misuse of the product) we will either replace it or refund you. Please return the items(s) to us with the address where the goods were originally sent to (include the dispatch documentation if available). Mark this paper “faulty goods” and either “replace” or “refund”, please also indicate why the goods are faulty. Replacement goods will be sent out with the same service as orders, this will be at no cost to yourself and we will refund the cost of standard postage for you to return the goods to us. In the case of a refund we will refund the cost of the goods plus the cost of standard postage for you to return the goods to us. When all items ordered are being returned we will also refund our delivery charge.
