Yes the mirror sheet is suitable for outdoor use. The sun will breakdown the plastic over time, however it should be good for 10 years.

On the Perspex sheet product menu is a page on cut to size sheets, on this we take a 3m by 2m sheet and cut it to whatever size you require. To do the 500 x 2000mm you need would require two sheets.

Ermm... I know this is a stupid question - but can you cut this mirrored acrylic sheet with a laser? Is it possible and/or hazardous? Is there a trick to it?

Yes it can be cut by a laser, however you must make sure that the mirrored side is facing down. You can then cut it the same way as you would a clear sheet of acrylic.

How about dye sublimation - will it cope with 180degC?Thanks

Are you looking to evaporate a dye then let it condense on the surface of the mirror? Or are you going to heat the Perspex to 180C and concerned about the mirror finish evaporating off of the Perspex?
