Is this motor suitable to drive a small bbq roasting spit powered by 2x1.5 batteries.? Thank you, Eddie.

I believe that the motor should be ok. I believe you will have to use some form of gearing to slow the rotation as I doubt you will want your spit to rotate at 7930 RPM which the motor does under no load.
